I certify that I don't have any serious psychological or psychiatric issues or diagnoses, such as: bi-polar disorder, suicidal ideation/depression, schizophrenia, severe PTSD, or similar. I understand that as a course participant I cannot have any serious psychological problems or psychiatric history that did or does require substantial medication or hospitalization. I understand that depression is acceptable, and medication for depression is acceptable, but more serious conditions or combinations of depression with other significant psychiatric disorders are not. I also understand that suicidal-level depression is not allowed. I agree to communicate with [email protected] if I’m not sure this requirement applies to me prior to registering, and to get their approval to register before I do so.
